Noori Jerrard, of Triumphant Transition Fitness is a life-loving, Universal activist and constant seeker of knowledge. He graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelors of science degree in kinesiology and has maintained a strong presence within the health, wellness and fitness industry for well beyond a decade. He is now beginning to blend his knowledge with specialties such as Ayurvedic medicine, permaculture, urban gardening, landscape design and building. He is a true kinesiologist at heart and believes that movement is the fountain of youth because it keeps us strong in all dimensions of our lives. This in turn makes us more aware of the impact we can make upon our own and others’ lives.
